The Firestone RubberCover™ material estimator is a calculation tool in Excel. It is designed to assist professional installers with calculation of a bill of materials for a Firestone RubberCover™ EPDM roofing project.
Membrane layout plan
Prior to the input of data in the material estimator tool, a membrane layout plan for the roofing project needs to be developed. This layout plan determines the quantity and size of RubberCover™ EPDM panels, including upstands. If more than one RubberCover™ EPDM panel is required, the layout plan also determines the quantity of field seams.

Based on the membrane layout plan, please complete the Input data sheet below by indicating quantity and sizes of RubberCover™ EPDM panels, quantity of field seams as well as quantity and type of roof installation details.
After input of these data, the material estimator tool will automatically generate the following Output list:
Output package
This list gives the quantity of RubberCover™ membrane and accessories required for the roofing project based on packaging units.
